We love using our essential oils! We use them every day and all over our home. Let me show you the top 5 ways we use essential oils and how handy they can be around your home too!
5. All-Purpose Cleaner
At number 5, we have our Young Living Thieves all-purpose cleaner! This stuff really does clean… everything! There’s a spray bottle in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom too!
4. Vitality Oils In The Kitchen
We really do love ALL of our oils, but these white-label Vitaliy oils have a special place in our hearts and our kitchen! the white labels are for the oils that are safe for internal usage.
some of our favorite ways to use them are:
flavoring water – of course, there’s lemon, but have you tried grapefruit or basil in your water??
Young Living even has Vitaliy drops in yummy flavors!
Adding just a drop of vitality oils to your favorite dishes is an easy way to spice up a meal! Like Basil, oregano, and thyme for those Italian recipes! Thieves tea is a favorite in our house too!
3. Diffusing! All The Oils
You have probably seen or heard about diffusing oils. One of the most popular uses for essential oils to be sure! But I had to add it to this list. Since we have a diffuser in nearly every room in our home! Our boys love to use the diffusers overnight and it doubles as a night light in their bedrooms.
My office is perfect for the Lucia Artisan Diffuser! Since there usually isn’t much roughhousing in there! haha
Here are a couple of our current favorite diffuser blends
2. Owie Roller for the Boys!
Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the premade rollers from Young Living! How convenient are they?
Number 1, We have made it to number 1 on our Top 5 Essential oil uses for around our home,
and number 1 is our favorite way to use Young Living Essential Oils….. our liquid Laundry Detergent.
We have used this homemade laundry detergent for years now! And I don’t need to tell you, that’s a LOT of laundries!!
I make it in big batches so I’m only needing to mix it, every few months! But when it is time to make it again, it’s super easy and quick.
The original blog post recipe can be found at this link below, there’s even an old video of my cutie William helping me mix it up too!
Well, you know I could keep talking about all these products and hundreds more, but for now, I’ll keep this list at 5. If you have any questions, please reach out.
