Dust the meat with flour. Add butter to the Instant Pot and set on Saute, Add meat and stir to brown up a bit. (if frozen don’t worry too much about getting it browned, just let it thaw a bit while you prep the rest of the things.)
Add a little oil, the onions and salt and pepper. Stir.
dump in the rest of the ingredients. stir and close the lid.
mae sure the valve is set to seal, select pressure cook (or manuel) and adjust until it’s set to 35 minutes!
Once it’s come to pressure and cooked for 35 miutes it will beep. allow it to Naturally release pressure for 5-10 minutes. (this really adds to the tenderness when meat is in your dish!)
