peel, core, and cut pineapple. lay pieces out on parchment paper on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Place in freezer until frozen completely. (any where from 10-24 hours)
Place frozen pineapple chunks in the food processor and blend with the milk. scrape down the sides and add more milk if it isn’t creamy enough.
Taste and add honey if the Pineapple isn’t sweet enough on it’s own!
Serve and enjoy right away!
